Essentiale Restaurant, overlooking the Venice Lagoon at the Lido, is one of them.<\/p>\n    <p>Here the protagonist is not only the food, but the experience in its entirety: the light of the sunset reflected on the water, the skyline of Venice in the background, the sound of the lagoon.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"lv-tow-story-body\">\n    <p>Chef Sabrina Paribello and Chef Pietro Donzelli met in the kitchen, sharing intense rhythms, creativity and a love of good food. A professional bond that also became a love story. Today, together, they lead Essentiale, bringing their identity, their journey and their roots to the table.<\/p>\n    <p>Their cuisine is a meeting of gastronomic cultures: Venetian tradition, Milanese influences and a Neapolitan soul blend together in dishes that speak of home, territory and authentic research. The bread, taralli and fresh pasta are crafted by hand, directly in the kitchen.<\/p>\n    <p>Fish is one of the great protagonists of the menu, interpreted with a balance between classicism and contemporary personality. Among the must-try dishes: home-made Tortelli with potato and mussels, Squid Tagliatelle cacio e pepe, and La Pera - a sculptural dessert with a ricotta cream heart, signed by Chef Sabrina.<\/p>\n    <p>The large interior dining room with wide windows overlooking the lagoon creates an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. The spacious terrace with balcony allows for sunset aperitivos and dinners suspended between water, light and silence.
